Project Description:

The home consisted of a two-story structure with a full basement. The northwest foundation wall experienced lateral movement towards the interior of the residence, causing minor cracking in the foundation and a beam pocket blowout.

Construction Description: 

The repair to the affected area of the foundation consisted of removing damaged concrete, cleaning the affected area thoroughly, and replacing the impacted area with non-shrink grout.

Once the grout was sufficiently cured, forms were removed and cosmetic touch-ups were performed. After completion, regrading and landscape replacement were finished by the owner.
